0165 (3)(a): The white vent cover near child cube area is loose and sticking out from wall creating a sharp edge. 0165 (3)(g) Flakey paint in multiple places throughout Center. Preschool 1 classroom has LEGO table with flaking paint. Paint on wall corner near child cube area where white/orange meet is flaking with paint particles and drywall is exposed. School age classroom also has chipping paint on white boards near window. 0165 (4)(a) Air conditioner unit accessible to children in school age classroom.
